‘Water for Elephants’ film director, Francis Lawrence, responded to a fans inquiry about filming locations today. When asked if any filming would take place in New York, he responded:

If they aren’t going to film at Cornell in Ithaca, NY I wonder what location they’ll use as a stand in for Cornell.
